Spread over an acre of land, the factory offers visitors a chance to watch how tea is made by plucking leaves from the tea plantations. After seeing how tea leaves are processed, visitors also get to see their packaging.

Apart from the display of many kinds of tea leaves, there is also a museum where visitors can get first-hand information on the origin of different kinds of tea leaves used all around the world. Here, visitors can learn all about tea’s history in India as well as in the Nilgiri
