At 2,623 metres above sea level, Doddabetta Peak is the highest point in the Nilgiri Hills, offering panoramic views of Ooty and the surrounding mountains.

Located approximately 3.3 km from Two Seas Residence – Boutique Residences, Doddabetta Peak is the highest point in the Nilgiri Hills and Tamil Nadu, standing at an elevation of 2,623 metres above sea level.

The name Doddabetta means “Big Mountain” in the Badaga language. Situated at the junction of the Eastern and Western Ghats, the peak offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding hills, valleys, forests, and tea estates. Dense shola forests add to the natural beauty of the area, making it a popular destination for nature lovers and photographers.

Visitors can enjoy spectacular views through the telescope house and experience some of the most scenic landscapes in the Nilgiris. On clear days, the views extend far beyond Ooty, making Doddabetta Peak one of the region’s most memorable attractions.
